Our Azul is our lighter roast. Perfect for any filter aficionado. Our Azul is usually a coffee we get from a direct trade provider that we really want to highlight. Usually carrying more pronounced flavors and acidity as well as clarity in your cup. Good for espresso as well. Try it as a turbo shot, for your seltzers, or your americanos! Good in cortados as well!
